Access Equestrian is not affiliated with the British Horse Society (BHS) and aims only to provide additional theoretical support towards the BHS Care exams based on the criteria provided by the BHS in the syllabuses available on their website.

In the event that a participant can no longer make a lecture time, please ensure at least 24 hours is given. We understand however at times  circumstances may arise which are out of your control. If you have missed the lecture start time then you should be able to join the lecture at any time but it will not be possible to go over missed content during that time. You could arrange for a one to one session to catch up on what has been missed at an additional cost. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide refunds unless 24 hours notice of non attendance is given but we can transfer you to another date. 

Access Equestrian reserves the right to cancel lectures and training at anytime. In the event of a cancellation, Access Equestrian will endeavour to contact all participants as quickly as is practicably possible. Refunds will be issued to participants or on request participants can be transferred to another lecture or course.
